This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 29th day April, 2003, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />Larry G. and Karen D. Kleine
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />EAST TWO (2') FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND WEST FIFTY SEVEN FEET (57') OF LOT
<br />TEN (10) BLOCK THREE (3), CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated June 20, 2002, and filed for record on June 12, 2002, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200206251 in the OFFICE OF THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS,
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of August 22, 2006;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO April 22, 2007.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above- described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
