m D <br />m u+ <br />200305694 <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />m <br />or7j <br />T <br />1 <br />f1 <br />Z <br />v <br />n <br />m <br />N <br />N <br />� <br />Z <br />� <br />d <br />•7 +t <br />O� <br />n <br />. <br />m <br />m D <br />m u+ <br />200305694 <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this z t day April, 2003, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender', and <br />Brand Island Commercial Ventures, L.L.C. <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH. <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as. <br />SEE ATTACKED EXIHBIT "A ". <br />which Deed of TrusUMortgagc was dated December 27 2002, and filed for record on January 15, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 0200300569 in the OFFICE OF THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF <br />DEEDS, STATE OF NEBRASKA. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of March I, 2018; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MA'1'URI'fY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of TrusUMortgagc <br />is hereby AMENDED TO May 1. 2018. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
