<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MILTON G
<br />MORAVEK AND CHRISTINE M MORAVEK, husband and wife, Trustor, and Union Bank and Trust
<br />Company as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 18, 1993, and recorded on November 24, 1993, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 93- 110191 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Union
<br />Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto.
