Agreement made the3D day of r� , 2003, between Bradley K. Henke, of 2110 —' <br />Topeka Circle, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein referred to as trustor, and Wayne J. °o <br />Sasgcs and Sharilyn L. Sasges, Husband and Wife, of 1703 Columbia Circle, Grand Island, <br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as beneficiary. <br />The parties recite and declare that: <br />a. Truster executed trust deed, on October 30, 2002, in favor of beneficiary, which was <br />recorded on January 2, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds , of Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 200300001, covering the following described property: <br />LOTS 117 AND 118, IN WEST LAWN AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />b. The above mentioned trust deed was given as security for a Loan, described in such <br />trust decd, in the amount of Thirty -Seven Thousand Thirty -Two and 22/100 - -- ($37,032.22) <br />Dollars, executed on October 30, 2002, by trustor in favor of beneficiary. <br />c. Truster desires to obtain a loan in the amount of Seventy-Three Thousand and <br />No /100 ---- ($73,000.00) -- from Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, P.O. Box 160, <br />City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as lender, but lender <br />requires that such loan be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to the trust deeds in favor of <br />beneficiary. <br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien of the trust deed in their favor insofar as <br />it encumbers the above - described premises, to the trust deed made in favor of lender in order that <br />truster may obtain such loan from lender.
