<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Clarence Shuda, d /b /a
<br />Shuda Construction, as Trustor, to Anna L. Stehlik, as Trustee, for the benefit of Grand
<br />West, LLC as Beneficiary, dated October 1, 2002, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200210513, has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
<br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following:
<br />Lot Four (4) Grand West Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
