The trustee is Arend R Ba ack, Attorney <br />( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of The State of Nebraska , and <br />whose address is 221 South Locust St Grand Island HE 68801— <br />( "Lender ").
