<br />LOIS J. ZALEWSKI, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
<br />deposes and states as follows:
<br />1. That the undersigned Affiant is a resident of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and of legal age.
<br />2. That the undersigned Affiant was formerly known as Lois J.
<br />Hannon; that on the 21st day of February, 1979, she was the spouse
<br />of Jim Hannon, the named Grantee in a Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />79- 000922 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds.
<br />3. That the undersigned Affiant personally knew and was
<br />familiar with Mike Hannon, who was also sometimes known as "M. P.
<br />Hannon" and "Michael Patrick Hannon ". That the Mike Hannon who
<br />signed the Deed of Distribution conveying the North Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (N1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, in the instrument identified at No. 79-
<br />000922, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, is the
<br />identical and same person as Mike Hannon, M.P. Hannon and Michael
<br />Patrick Hannon. Attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
<br />incorporated herein by reference appears a Certified Copy of the
<br />Death Certificate of Michael Patrick Hannon, who died on March 6,
<br />1993.
