This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this J.dday APRIL. 2003, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />JON C KETTERLING A/K/A JON KETTERLING AND CORINNE M KETTERLING,
<br />A/K/A CORINNE KETTERLING, TWA/ CORINNE BRUMBAUGH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />PARCEL # 1: 711 FLEETWOOD RD
<br />LOT TWENTY (20), IN WESTWOOD PARK FIFTH SUBDIVISOIN IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PARCEL #2: 1223 PLANTATION PL
<br />LOT TEN (10) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN COLONIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MARCH 28, 2002 and filed for record on MARCH
<br />29.2002 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200203454,
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of OCTOBER 1, 2007;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO MAY 1, 2008.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
