<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record February 3, 2003, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02003-
<br />01319. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin D. Billington and Michelle
<br />Billington, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter filed for record October 17, 1995 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 95- 107016.
<br />On or about October 20, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded November 8, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 107649.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
<br />The South 1/2 of Lot 181 and all of Lot 182, Belmont Addition, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
