WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRIAN K WRAGGE AND SHELLY RENEE WRAGGE, HUSBAND AND WIFE 1 ��
<br />to AREND R BAACIC, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MARCH 26 2001 and recorded MARCH 30.2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 0200102682
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
