<br />Bartz and Jeannine Y. Bartz, husband and wife, are Trustors and
<br />James I. Shamberg, Attorney at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 2, 2001, and
<br />identified as Document No. 200107643, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot 152 excepting a certain tract more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 169, Page 462
<br />and all of Lot 153, all in West Lawn, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinhefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
