<br />GARCIELA BARRIGA, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL
<br />23, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />or Instrument Number 98- 103846 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
