CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAI;L'F <br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record January 21, 2003, and <br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />200300785. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Lance A. Thomas and <br />Marlena L. Thomas, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which United Nebraska Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record <br />February 26, 1999 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 99- 102106. <br />On or about February 22, 1999, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc.
