<br />Vrzal, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in
<br />respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated January 26,
<br />1998 owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, United Nebraska Bank, pursuant to the terms of
