Busskohl and Marilyn A, Busskohl; , <br />Husband and Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael R. Korte and <br />Christina M.
