Lighthill, both single persons, as Trustors, did <br />on or about February 27, 1998, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Two (2), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on February 27, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 98- 101738. <br />On or about February 27, 1998, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
