THAT WHEREAS, a part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ` \
<br />Duane C. Rieflin and Vada M. Rieflin as Husband and Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Co. as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Union Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />February 10, 1992 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska,
<br />as lnstmment #92- 101211 filed on 2 -18 -92 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW, 'I HLREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release, and recotwey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed
<br />in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Assumed Bearing of N90 degrees 00'00"F, a distance of One Hundred Ninety Eight (198.0) feet; thence running
<br />N00 degrees 11'07 "W, a distance of forty Six and One Tenth (46.1) feet, to a point on the northerly right of way
<br />line of Gilmer Road, and to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing N00 degrees 1 1'07 "W, a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Fifty and Ninety Hundredths (250.90) feet; thence running N89 degrees 59'58 "E, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Ninety Nine and Forty Two Hundredths (199.42) feet; thence morning S00 degrees 15'32 "E, a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Fifty One and Ninety Hundredths (251.90) feet, to a point on the northerly right of way line of Gilmer

<br />(199.75) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 1.152 acres more or less.
<br />It being the intent that the land hereby conveyed by discharged from said Decd of Trust and that
<br />the rest of the land described therein remain as heretofore.
