Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE <br />68803 ("Lender"). <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Truster have entered into a Deed of Trust dated March 23, 2000 (the "Deed of Trust "1 which has been <br />recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Entered as Instrument No. 0200002610 on April 3. 2000 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of <br />Nebraska: <br />The Northwest QuanerWW1 /4)of Section Eleven(11Lin Township TWaIVe(12),Nmth,Ranga Tent101,Waeo of the Fifth P.M.,io Hall <br />County, Nebraska iorn.pt a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quar1er(SW1 14NW1 /4lof Section Eleven(11),in Township <br />Twelve (121, North. Range Ten(10),West of the 6th P.M.jr Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows,to -wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of said NW1 /4;thence running North 190 feeUthence running East 344 <br />feet;thence running South 190 feet to the South line of said sectiomand thence running West to the point of beginning,which was <br />deeded to the Loup River Public Power District on November 19, 1962, and was duly recorded in Book 140, of Deeds,at Page 441,in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds,Hall County,Nehraska. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 4365 W PRAIRIE RD, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. The Real Property tax <br />identification number Is 400188317 <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Truster hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Increase Principal amount to $131,698.77 with future advance amount of $300,000.00 end mmand maturity to 04/25/2008. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satlsfactlon of the <br />promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note "). It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all <br />parties to the Deed of Trust and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly <br />released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shell not be released by virtue of this <br />Modification. If any person who signed the original Deed of Trust does not sign this Modification, then all persons signing below <br />acknowledge that this Modification is given conditionally, based on the representation to Lender that the non - signing person consents to <br />the changes and provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. This waiver applies not only to any initial extension <br />or modification, but also to all such subsequent actions. <br />TRUSTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST AND TRUSTOR AGREES <br />TO ITS TERMS.
