<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GARY E. and MARY G.
<br />VALASEK, Husband and Wife, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of Three

<br />received from Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the

<br />tract of land for a public right -of -way comprising a part of Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE t /4, SW ' /a) of Section Eleven, Township Eleven North, Range 10
<br />West (11- 11 -10) of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land located in the East Half of the west 19 acres of the east 20
<br />acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4, SW 1/41
<br />Section 11, Township 11 North, Range 10 West (11- 11 -10) of the 6t
<br />P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the northeast
<br />corner of Lot Five (5), Western Heights Fifth Subdivision, City Of Grand
<br />Island, and the southerly Right Of Way (R.O.W.) line of Shanna Street,
<br />said point also being the point of beginning; thence on an assumed bearing
