Stephens, as wife and debtor and Kurvin Sampson, as husband. <br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is <br />recorded as instrument number 2002 09532 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
