<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />DWAINE R. LEWIS and EVELYN I. LEWIS, husband and wife, herein called Grantor,
<br />in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
