<br />This financing statement covers the following types and items of property
<br />(all such property being hereinafter referred to as the "Collateral').
<br />Land. All estate, right, title and interest of the Debtor in, to, under or derived
<br />from those certain lots, pieces, tracts or parcels of land located in the cities and in
<br />'the counties and in the State more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
<br />hereto and made a part hereof (the "Land ")
<br />Improvements. All estate, right, title and interest of the Debtor in, to, under or
<br />derived from all buildings, structures, facilities and other improvements of every
<br />kind and description now or hereafter located on the Land, including all parking
<br />areas, roads, driveways, walks, fences, walls, berms, recreation facilities, drainage
<br />facilities, lighting facilities and other site improvements, all water, sanitary and
<br />storm sewer, drainage, electricity, steam, gas, telephone and other utility
<br />equipment and facilities, all plumbing, lighting, heating, ventilating,
<br />air - conditioning, refrigerating, incinerating, compacting, fire protection and
<br />sprinkler, surveillance and security, vacuum cleaning, public address and
<br />communications equipment and systems, all screens, awnings, floor coverings,
<br />partitions, elevators, escalators, motors, machinery, pipes, fittings and other items
<br />of equipment and personal property of every kind and description now or
<br />hereafter located on the Land or attached to the improvements which by the
<br />nature of their location thereon or attachment thereto are real property under
<br />applicable law; and including all materials intended for the construction,
<br />reconstruction, repair, replacement, alteration, addition or improvement of or to
<br />such buildings, equipment, fixtures, structures and improvements, all of which
<br />materials shall be deemed to be part of the Collateral immediately upon delivery
<br />thereof on the Land and to be part of the improvements immediately upon their
<br />incorporation therein.
<br />Fgmpment. All estate, right, title and interest of the Debtor in, to, under or
<br />derived from all machinery, equipment, fixtures (including but not limited to all
<br />heating, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, communications and elevator
<br />fixtures), inventory and articles of personal property and accessions thereof and
<br />renewals, replacements thereof and substitutions therefor (including, but not
<br />limited to, beds, bureaus, chiffonniers, chests, chairs, desks, lamps, minors,
<br />bookcases, tables, rugs, carpeting, drapes, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian
<br />blinds, screens, paintings, hangings, pictures, divans, couches, luggage carts,
<br />luggage racks, stools, sofas, chinaware, linens, pillows, blankets, glassware,
<br />foodcarts, cookware, dry cleaning facilities, dining room wagons, keys or other
<br />entry systems, bars, bar fixtures, liquor and other drink dispensers, icemakers,
<br />radios, television sets, intercom and paging equipment, electric and electronic
<br />equipment, dictating equipment, private telephone systems, medical equipment,
<br />potted plants, heating, lighting and plumbing fixtures, fire prevention and
<br />extinguishing apparatus, cooling and air - conditioning systems, elevators,
