<br />ROGER C. KISER, a single man, herein called the Grantor, for and in

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee' successors and assigns, that I am lawfully seized of said
<br />premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except public roads and highways,
<br />easements and restrictions of record, and that I have good right and lawfully authority to
<br />sell the same; and I hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby
<br />relinquishes all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
