BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1246 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
