<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Decd of Trust dated July 9, 2001, and executed by Wenzl Construction Co., Inc., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Document No. 200106702 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County
<br />dated July 9, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Two (2), Ponderosa
<br />Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision an Addition to the City of Grand Island, I fall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 21" day of April, 2003.
