WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 5, 1998 executed by Grims Home Repair, Inc. a ^ ,�
<br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the �\
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98- 109734, on the 6th day of October, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY -THREE FEET (33') OF THE NORTHERLY SIXTY -SIX
<br />(66) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK THIRTY -FIVE (35), IN THE ORIGINAL
<br />TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND
<br />THE NORTHERLY THIRTY -THREE FEET (N33') OF LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK
<br />THIRTY -FIVE (35), OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
