KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Anthony L. Trautman and Julia A. Trautman, Husband and Wife are the Grantors/Trustors, U.S. Bank
<br />National Association is the Trustee, and U.S. Bank National Association, ND, is the Beneficiary under that certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 17, 1999 and recorded on July 29, 1999, as Instrument No. 0099107629 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County in the State of Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows:
<br />The Easterly Three Feet (3) of the Southerly One -Half ('/z) of Lot Seven (7) and all
<br />of Lot Eight (8), both being in Block One Hundred Thirty -Five (135) of Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, desires to appoint a new Trustee
<br />in place and stead of the Trustee named above;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints: JERRY J. SENA, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 1246 Golden Gate Drive, Ste #1, Papillion, NE 68046 as
<br />Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust. He is to have all the powers of said original Trustee, effective forthwith.
<br />Where Co- Trustees are appointed each shall have all the powers of said original Trustee and each shall be authorized
<br />to act severally.
