<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by PAUL
<br />E HAMMON AND KAY J HAMMON HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 24, 2002 and recorded
<br />AUGUST 15, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Insh mew 200208565 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Rewnveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payinent in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SIXTY NINE (69) AND LOT SEVENTY (70) HAWTHORNE PLACE, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
