WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among WARREN L
<br />PENNELL AND RANDI R PENNELL, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank
<br />and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated June 18, 1999, and recorded on June 22, 1999, in the office of the Register of Ci
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 106282 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
