<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by q
<br />ROBERT E DREHER AND ANITA S DREHER_ HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _MARCH 6,
<br />1999 and recorded _ MARCH 29, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instru nent 99- 103185 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />UNIT FOUR (4) RAVEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
<br />DECLARATION RI✓CORDED ON JUNE 12, 1998 UNDER DOCUMENT NO. 98- 105717 OF
<br />THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />'Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
