WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001, executed by
<br />Wenzl Onstruction Co., Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document
<br />#0200106702 on the 9t' day of July, 2001, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001, recorded
<br />as Document #0200106702 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
