<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor"), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Armando Cortes and Elizabeth Cortes, Husband and Wife, joint tentants with rights of survivorship,

<br />the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point where the northerly Right of Way line of the
<br />Union Pacific Railroad Company intersects the easterly line of said East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 SW 1/4); thence running north along the easterly line of said
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2 SW 1/4), a distance of Two Hundred Four and
<br />Seventy Four Hundredths (204.74) Feet; thence deflecting left 89 degrees 13 Hours and 00
<br />minutes and running westerly a distance of Eighty One and Four Tenths (81.4) Feet;
<br />thence deflecting left 90 degrees 47 hours and 00 Minutes and running southerly a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Fifty Four and Nine Tenths (254.9) Feet; to a point on the
<br />northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; thence running
<br />Northeasterly along the northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company, a distance of Ninety Five (95.0) feet, to the point of beginning.
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
