<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Tmst Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT A.NIEDFELT AND BETTY NIEDFELT, STWRS, HUSBAND and WIFE Truster, to
<br />HERITAGE BANK N.A. Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK N.A. - , the Beneficiary named herein, dated
<br />02 -09 -2001 , and recorded 03 -20- , 2001 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200102211
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Decd of Rcconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such premises:
