<br />FIVE POINTS BANK as Trustee, and in which FIVE POINTS BANK is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and recorded on the 27th day of October, 2000, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200009325, in the Office of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Register of Deeds, covering the following described premises:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) , Block Twenty -
<br />One (21), in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with Promissory Note dated May 8, 2002, and Promissory
<br />Note dated October 24, 2000, the money due and to become due
<br />thereon with interest, together with all rights accrued or to
<br />rue under such Trust Deed.
