WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Richard L Hartman & Patricia A Hartman, husband and wife to UNION BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY, trustee and beneficiary for the benefit of UNION BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 20, 1991 and recorded
<br />on June 11, 1991 in the office of Register of Deeds, Hall County, recorded as Inst H
<br />91103645 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing this Decd of
<br />Rcconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvene to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Particularly described in a Deed recorded in Book 138 at Page 508 in the Office of Register Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and further excluding a tract containing 0.481
<br />acres condemned by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, the tract containing 72 acres,
<br />more or less, together with any accretions thereto.
<br />TOGETHER WITII all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
