WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />Richard L Hartman & Patricia A Hartman, husband and wife to UNION BANK AND <br />TRUST COMPANY, trustee and beneficiary for the benefit of UNION BANK AND <br />TRUST COMPANY, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 20, 1991 and recorded <br />on June 11, 1991 in the office of Register of Deeds, Hall County, recorded as Inst H <br />91103645 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing this Decd of <br />Rcconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
