<br />WI IEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 4, 1996, and Modification of Deed of Trust dated February 2,
<br />2000, executed by Vermaine T. Verba and Jeanie L. Verba, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Tmstcc, which were recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, on January 9, 1996, recorded as Document No. 96-
<br />100208, and on February 10, 2000, recorded as Instrument No. 0200001116, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
