<br />Company, Hastings, NE 68901, hereby releases the Assignment of Leases, Rents and
<br />Income made to it by Robert M. Allen Family Limited Partnership, A Nebraska Limited
<br />Partnership, and recorded in as Instrument No. 200207820 of the records of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, with respect to the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot 20 Meadowlark West Third Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />THE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES, RENTS AND INCOME SHALL REMAIN IN FULL
<br />FORCE AND EFFECT EXCEPT AS TO THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY DESCRIBED
