<br />You are hereby notified that Armando T. Flores and Elizabeth M. Flores, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did
<br />on or about May 31, 2002, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, b
<br />a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Forty -Six (46), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Treaters obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on June 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200206271.
<br />On or about March 21, 2003, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Decd of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was recorded April 3,
<br />2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200303940.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with intcrost thereon, at )tire due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said D.d of Trust W satisfy said obligation.
