Maly (the "Debtor ") which was recorded <br />in the county of Hall, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200106918 on July 16, 2001 (the <br />"Subordinated Instrument ") covering real property located in Grand Island in the above -named <br />county of Hall, State of Nebraska, as more particularly described in the Subordinated <br />Instrument (the "Property "). <br />LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 106, RAILROAD ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust/mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument ").
