<br />Owner(s), by an hsstr u sent dated 8 -26 -99 acknowledges a mortgage lien in favor of, a Notice of Lien
<br />encumbering the Property, securing the payment of $24,643.38 with interest. The Existing Mortgage was
<br />filed/recorded on 8- 30 -99, in DOC NO. 99- 108647, to CONSECO FINANCIAL SERVICING
<br />CORPORATION F /K/A GREENTREE FINANCIAL CORPORATION in the Office of the County Recorder
<br />for HALL County, State of NEBRASKA.
<br />Owner, by an instrument dated R prf \ ] aL)03 2003, recording date

<br />granted and conveyed to the HOME. FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND a mortgage
<br />encumbering the Property, seeming the payment not to exceed $81,000.00 with interest. ( PROVIDING THAT
<br />THERE IS NO CASH BACK TO THE CUSTOMER)
<br />The parties desire that the lien of the Existing Mortgage shall be postponed in lien and operation, in the full
<br />amount, to the lien and operation of the New Mortgage.
<br />1. The Existing Mortgage is subordinated and postponed in lien, payment, and distribution on anyjudicial or
<br />tmstee sale of the Property to the lien of the New Mortgage to the full extent and in the aggregate amount of all
<br />advances made or to be made by the New Mortgage. Foreclosure proceedings on the existing Mortgage, any
<br />judicial or trustee sale in connection with proceedings, or any judgment on the bond that the Existing Mortgage
<br />secures shall not discharge the lien of the New Mortgage.
<br />2. This agreement shall be binding on and !nine to the benefit of the respective heirs, successors, and assigns
<br />of the parties.
