<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott J. Rezac and Traci L.
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated March 17, 2001
<br />and recorded March 23, 2001 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE in
<br />Book at Page VANKOPMR of the Trust Deed Records of said Comity has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
