<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the '1'rust Deed executed by Duane Eugene Spate
<br />and Janet Renee Spate, Husband and Wife , to Centris Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris
<br />Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 9/13/2001 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200109495, has been paid and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endolgement below:
<br />NOW 'THEREFORE., in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
