THAT WHEREAS: all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KENNETH A.
<br />LANCASTER AND KAREN J. LANCASTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to AMERICAN NATIONAL
<br />BANK, trustee for the benefit of American National Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 23,
<br />2001, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL county, Nebraska, INST. NO. 0200107576 SSA
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
