<br />storm sewers, water mains, electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes,
<br />pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and
<br />through a part of Lot Nine (9)and Lot Ten (10), Sussex Place Subdivision, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Being the north 20 feet of the south 40 feet of Lot 9 mid Lot 10, Sussex Place Subdivision,
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said easement containing 12,609 square feet or
<br />0.29 acres more or less, all of which is in current dedicated easement,
