<br />DISTRICT NO. 2 as successor to SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 30, a body corporate and politic,

<br />($�310, 6 /f._ ) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, hereby grants,
<br />bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />A municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract
<br />of land for a public right -of -way comprising a part of Lot's Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Sussex
<br />Place Subdivision in Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprised of the west Seventy (70) feet of Lot 8, and the west
<br />Forty (40) feet of Lot 9 Sussex Place Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County Nebraska. Said tract containing 41,269 square feet or 0.95 acres more
<br />or less, of which 30,660 square feet or 0.70 acres is existing City of Grand
<br />Island Drainage Easement, as shown on the attached plat, and incorporated
<br />herein by reference.
<br />To have and to hold the above- described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />successors and assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors
<br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from
<br />encumbrance; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br />Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
