Rodriguez, husband and wife, <br />Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />May 3, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200204816 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT 171, IN WEST LAWN ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
