This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this day APRIL. 2003, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />VIRGIL I BENSON AND CAROLYN M BENSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WIIEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT TW FNI'Y -TWO (22), IN BLOCK ELEVEN (11), IN ASHTON PLACE, AN ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of mst/Mortgage was dated FEBRUARY 23. 2001 _ and filed for record on MARCH 11 <br />2001 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as DOCUMENT # 0200101568 AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT <br />DATED MARCH 18, 2003 AND RECORDED MARCH 27, 2003 AS DOCUMENT # 0200303569 <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of MARCH 1 2011 <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ot'such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />L MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgagc <br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1 2013. <br />2- CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
