<br />WHEREAS, Kenneth C. Hasenauer and Jennifer L. Hasenauer, executed a Trust Deed in favor of Affigd
<br />Window Manufacturing to secure indebtedness in the original principal amount of $39.297.60 secured by property
<br />described in said Trust Deed dated June 13.1990; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was recorded on July 30, 1990 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska in Document #90- 104373; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was assigned to Union Mortgage Co., Inc., and filed of record on July 30,
<br />1990 in Document #90- 104373, in the office aforesaid.
<br />1991,
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to DCRS Holdings. Inc., on December 20,
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to Portfolio Acceptance Corporation (PAC).
<br />on September 1, 1994 through an act of merger,
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to NationsCredit Financial Services
<br />Corporation, on February 1, 1993 through an act of merger,
<br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to Crescent Bank & Trust on November 18,
<br />1998 by Assignment of Trust Deed in order to effectuate the intent of a certain Loan Sale Agreement Portfolio I1
<br />Offering No. 981 118 between NationsCredit and Crescent Bank & Trust.
<br />WHEREAS, said loan has been ipaid in full and Crescent Bank & Trust desires to cancel said Trust Deed.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the Douglas County Recorder is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the same
<br />and mark it satisfied on the record thereof.
