Hasenauer, executed a Trust Deed in favor of Affigd <br />Window Manufacturing to secure indebtedness in the original principal amount of $39.297.60 secured by property <br />described in said Trust Deed dated June 13.1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was recorded on July 30, 1990 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska in Document #90- 104373; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was assigned to Union Mortgage Co., Inc., and filed of record on July 30, <br />1990 in Document #90- 104373, in the office aforesaid. <br />1991, <br />WHEREAS, the said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to DCRS Holdings.
