<br />the Deed of Trust dated February 5 1 2003 executed by
<br />Starostka Homes, Inc., 807 W. 4th St., Grand Island, NE 68801 ,as
<br />Trustor, In which ARCHER COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION, Archer, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded February 28 2003
<br />in INSTR# , W~ 200302359 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of

<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
