<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MICHAEL R WILSON AND JEAN A WILSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 7, 2001 and recorded DECEMBER 13, 2001 in the Office of the HALL

<br />0200112809 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
